3. Class Bookings & Cancellations
Class bookings are subject to availability. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled class will receive a full refund or credit. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. Skill Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes with reasonable notice.
4. Studio Hire
Studio hire bookings require a deposit at the time of booking. The hirer is responsible for the condition of the studio during their booking period. Any damage caused will be charged to the hirer. The studio must be vacated by the agreed end time.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Skill Studio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written permission.
6. Artwork & Gallery
Artwork displayed in our gallery remains the intellectual property of the respective artists. Reproduction, sale, or distribution of gallery artwork without the artist's permission is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Skill Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
